| 摘 要： | 在当前煤炭供不应求的情况下,矿主受利益驱使,为扩大产量,往往以牺牲矿工安全为代价,不断增大工作量,延长工作时间,且私挖滥采现象严重。针对这些问题,通过对煤矿灯房进行信息化改造,加强矿灯使用过程的管理,能够实现对煤矿合法用工、安全生产的有效管理和控制。

| Abstract: | Due to the current situation of coal falls short of demand,the intendants of the mines unceasingly expanded the output in order to pursue the benefits,often take sacrifices the miner safety as the price,and they increased the work load and lengthened the operating time,phenomenon serious of private digs the over-picking.In view of these questions,through the informationalized transformation to the coal mine light house and strengthening the management of the miner's lamp using,it can realize effective management and control for the coal mine legitimately using the labor and safely producing. |
