| Abstract: | A simple,rapid,accurate and reliable resver phase HPLC method was established for the determination apomorphini in its tablets. Apomorphini can be separated on Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm) column by using methabnol—0.02 mol/LKH2PO4(67∶33)（pH=4.60）as mobile phase with UV detector at a wavelength of 272nm. The standard curve was linear in the concentration range 10～60 μg/ml and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7.The average recovery and RSD was 98.56% and 1.44% respectively. The detection limit was 4 ng. |
