硅烷接枝交联HDPE的研究

摘    要:以转矩流变仪为反应器,乙烯基-三乙氧基硅烷为接枝单体,制备了硅烷接枝交联高密度聚乙烯产品,并对接枝物进行了FT-IR分析。研究了引发剂(DCP)及硅烷含量、交联催化剂对体系凝胶含量的影响。

Abstract:Take the sanchia oxygen radical - ethoxy group silicon hydride as the grafting monomer, uses the rheometer to prepared silicon hydride cross-linked high density polyethylene product, and to has deputed the grafting product with the infrared spectrum. The content of initiator (DCP) and the grafting monomer (SI), as well as the crossing linking catalyst existence carried on to the system gel content influence has studied systematically.
