| Abstract: | This paper,from the point of view of Comparative Constitution,inspects the modes of enacting the basic rights of the citizens by constitutions in foreign countries,and analyzes on this basis the drawbacks and shortages in enacting the basic rights of the citizens in China's present constitution.Then it puts forward some specific points on how to improve the enactment of basic rights of the citizens in China's Constitution. |
