摘    要:本文对以单板机为计算控制单元,气缸为执行机构的速度控制系统进行了理论分析与实验研究,建立了系统的数学模型,实现了气缸运动速度闭环自动控制,提高了控制精度。

Abstract:In this paper,the velocity-controlled system,which includes microcomputer for calculating-controlling element and air cylinder for actuator, is analysed in theory and tested by experiments.This paper gives the mathematical model of the system, realizes closed-loop control of the cylinder speed, and rises the precision of the control. Research work in this aspect is significant for the development and the application of the pneumatic technique.
