| 摘 要： | 分析了一种基于系统小区话务量变化（承载话务量不均匀）由基站智能天线波束自适应覆盖而形成智能小区的方案。这种智能小区通过覆盖范围的自适应调整，可以改善系统因话务量分布不均匀而引起的话务量性能下降，从而进一步降低系统的呼叫阻塞率和切换中断概率，有关计算模拟结果初步证实了这一结论。

| Abstract: | Focused on the unevenness of the traffic loading in traditional base station coverage region, a novel smart cellular strategy is proposed that can automatically adjust antenna beams in azimuth and elevation to fit the variation of traffic loading in the region, and is expected to balance the traffic loading in order to decrease the call blocking probability and probability of handoff failure. Simulation results verify the idea. |
