关于《坛经》作者的论争与思考

《坛经》产生以后的一千多年间,不断有人增删改动,但署名问题从未发生变化。进入著作权立法保护时代,胡适之提出了《坛经》作者是神会而不是慧能的意见,同时也遭到诸多学者的反驳。根据中国古代书籍的署名传统,结合现代版权保护理论,对《坛经》问题进行重新审视,把《坛经》的署名权永久回归慧能是十分必要的。
