论高职高专院校英语教师发展的模式与路径

摘    要:高职高专院校英语教师发展直接关系到高职高专英语教育的整体质量和学生英语学习的效果.在明确高职高专院校需要“双师型”英语教师和理解“双师”内涵的前提下,探索性地提出高职高专院校英语教师发展“三阶段三维度”的发展模式和实现路径,对高职高专英语教师发展及其研究具有参考价值和指导意义.
