| 摘 要： | 文化软实力强国建设是党的历史使命在新时期新形势下的延伸与发展,是中华民族伟大复兴的时代路径.教育是文化软实力建设的第一推动和最根本途径,教育的改革和发展与转变文化发展方式在理念、本位、方向等方面相互契合.《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》从强化普及、提升全民文化素质,推进现代化、提升文化创新发展的可能性两大方面实施有效的战略提升,对文化软实力具有国家战略意义上的推动作用.
