| 摘 要： | 余靖从“和”的政治理念出发,阐述“和”而“两存其好”的外交思想,维护了国家主权尊严和国家利益,缓和了北宋与西夏、契丹之间的紧张关系,从而化解了北宋面临的危机,对维护北宋社会的稳定、经济的发展具有重要的作用.
