Abstract:Noticing is indispensable in foreign language learning.The article discusses selectivity,concentration and idiosyncrasy of noticing in multimedia learning,and argues that advanced English learners' noticing in multimedia learning can be directed,attracted,concentrated and enhanced by clarifying learning objectives,optimizing multimedia courseware design,improving instructional information presentations and undertaking task-based teaching so as to improve the learning efficiency.
