关于用激光散射法测量玻纤参数的研究

摘    要:本文用与“锁模”原理类比解释光被玻纤散时所产生条纹的现象,指出条纹等周期区域的存在,导致在前向散射区域找到玻纤直径值与散射角成线性关系的有效范围。这时,被测玻纤的直径值与测量所用角范围的选择无关,并且也与玻纤的折射率无关,大大地简化了测径公式。精度可达5%。

Abstract:The phenomenon of light fringe scattering by glassfiber has been explained by analogy with "mode locking" principle inthis article. It is pointed out that an equiperiod region of scattered-light pattern cxists. An effective angle range is shown in which the gl-ass fiber-diameter is linear with the scattering angle. In this case, themeasured fiber-diameter of sample is indepenten t of selection of an-gle range, and of refractive index of glass fiber sample. The formulaof measurement fiber-diameter has been greatly simplified. The meas-urement may be accurate with in 5 %.
