| 摘 要： | 学前教育实习是幼儿教师走向工作岗位的重要途径之一,是为提高学前教育专业学生从事教育教学工作能力和综合运用知识而开设的一门教育实践类课程。本文通过剖析当前高等师范院校学前教育专业在毕业生教育实习中存在的问题,尝试探索出一条学前教育实习有效化之路,为学前教育专业学生日后成为优秀幼儿园教师提供经验借鉴。

| Abstract: | The internship of preschool education students is one of the most important steps before they take their positions.It is a practical course designed for students to exercise their ability in teaching and apply their knowledge to real life.By means of investigating the problems existing in the internship of preschool education students in normal universities,this paper tries to find an effective way to provide some insights and experience for them to become successful preschool teachers. |
