摘    要:在心电信号ECG中R波幅值最大,变化率最快。因此,对心电信号的处理首先在于准确地检出R波,为此对原始的心电波形进行一次差分,以进一步突出R波。在监护之前,先经过8s自学习,以确定为检出R波所需的差分阙值,把心电波形与阈值比较,就可确定R波位置,进而确定和计算复合彼QRS的位置和宽度、瞬时心率等心电特征量,为一些常见的心率失常的判别奠定基础。根据对心脏停搏、心动过速、心动过缓、漏搏、室性早搏等的判别式,当出现心律失常时,进行显示和报警。

Abstract:The author describes the operation of an arrhythmia monitoring system based on a single chip computer. In processing ECG signals, R wave as the biggest wave should be de- tected firstly and accurately. It is further stressed by differencing the original ECG waves. The threshold value of difference, which is required for detecting R wave, is determined dur- ing 8 seconds self-study prior to monitoring. By comparing ECG waves with threshold valne. the position of R wave can be determined, and such characteristic ECG quantities as the posi- tion and width of QRS complex, instantaneous heart rate can be calculated. These may serve a basis for discriminating some conventional atthythmias. Based onr coresding discrimi- nants, such arrhythmias as cardiac arrest, tachycardia, bradyeardia, extrasystele, be played and warned whenever it-occurs.
