超疏水表面微液滴的电致振动

摘    要:微流体控制技术在生物、化学、微机械等领域具有广阔的应用前景.微液滴作为微流体的一种表现形式,其运动形态与控制技术已经成为最热门的研究领域之一.本文以铜基十四酸铜表面(具有二级粗糙结构的超疏水表面)为基底,首先研究了微液滴在直流电场下的电湿润现象,其次研究了交流电场下微液滴的电致振动特性,然后讨论并分析了外加电场频率、电压幅值、液滴体积等因素对液滴振动特性的影响.

Abstract:The microfluidic handling technologies have broad application prospects in many fields,such as biology,chemistry,micromechanics and so on.Microdroplet,as a form of microfluidics,its movement patterns and handling technologies have attracted great concern.In this work,with the Cu(CH3(CH2)12COO)2 surface(a superhydrophobic surface with two-level rough structure) as substrate,we study the microdroplets electrowetting phenomenon under DC electric field.Then,the electrowetting induced oscillation of microdroplets is studied by applying AC electric field.We discuss and analyze some factors on the oscillation properties of droplets,for instance,the impacts of electric field frequency,voltage amplitude and the droplet size.
