| 摘 要： | 自从20世纪80年代以来,电子商务因为其迅猛的发展速度而成为社会各界包括法律界的热点问题。世界贸易组织WTO也看到了电子商务的产生而给原有的国际贸易规则所带来的影响。解决电子商务的参与给传统国际贸易带来的挑战,成为各方学者研究的重点。本文拟通过探讨一系列因电子商务而给WTO原有规则带来的冲击和问题,来分析WTO中的一系列规则对于电子商务的适用问题。

| Abstract: | Because of its rapid prevalence since 1980s,E-Commerce has become the center of investigation of all fields including the legal one.World Trade Organization(WTO) recognized its tremendous influence on traditional regulation of international trade.Its challenge to traditional rules has attracted more and more scholars.This essay tried to probe into that how the WTO rules regulate E-Commerce on the basis of discussing the inflection of E-Commerce to WTO. |
