煤气混合加压过程的智能解耦控制方法与应用

摘    要:针对煤气混合加压过程的特点,提出一种融合模糊控制和专家控制的煤气混合智能解耦控制方法。热值压力解耦控制回路以热值为主要控制目标,通过模糊专家解耦控制策略和蝶阀组控制策略,保证混合煤气热值满足要求,同时稳定加压机前的压力;压力控制回路通过前馈和反馈专家控制器,使混合煤气压力跟踪给定值。实际运行结果验证了控制策略的有效性,煤气热值和压力误差均在设定值的5%之内。

Abstract:An intelligent control method combining fuzzy control and expert control was proposed based on the features of the gas mixing process. The caloric value and pressure decoupling loop uses fuzzy expert decoupling strategy and butterfly valve control strategy to maintain the caloric value firstly, and to ensure that the stability of pre-pressure of pressure-adding machines. The pressure control loop makes the pressure of the mixed gas track its set value through feed forward and feedback expert controller. The actual results validate the control strategy, the gas caloric value and pressure error can be controlled in the range of 5 % of their set value.
