| 摘 要： | 随着全球范围内竞争的日趋激烈，城市竞争力的地位将不断凸现，如何提高城市竞争力巳成为当前城市发展战略最为核心的内容之一。本文在首先探讨城市竞争力基本内涵和特征的基础上，初步构建了城市竞争力一般理论模型，并进而提出了城市竞争力的测度指标。

| Abstract: | With the globalization deepening and international competition fiercer,how to improve urban competitive capacity has become one of the core substances of urban development strategies.Based on two theories from American scholar M.Porter and IMD on national competitive capacity,this paper designs the models of urban competitive capacity including 7 indicator systems by the support of its concept explanation. |
