| 摘 要： | 高等教育的改革和发展给高校的反腐倡廉工作提出了新的要求.加强对行使权力的各级领导干部的监督和制约是高校反腐倡廉的一项重要内容.强化对高校干部的监督制约要从自我监督、组织监督、群众监督、制度监督及审计监督等方面入手,进一步完善监督制约机制.

| Abstract: | The reform and development of the higher education calls for new requirements for anti-corruption and promoting honesty in colleges and universities.Strengthening supervision and restriction on leaders at different levels is an important part in this effort.The supervision and restriction on cadres should be implemented from different approaches like self-supervision,organization supervision,public supervision,system supervision and auditing supervision so that the perfection of the supervision and restriction system on cadres can be realized. |
