不耐烦顾客休假排队系统性能和费用问题的研究

摘    要:研究了不耐烦顾客休假排队系统性能和费用问题.为了让服务器的能量消耗与不耐烦顾客之间保持最优平衡,让一部分服务器处于备用状态,根据系统中的顾客数来决定关闭或开启备用服务器.首先对状态空间进行分割,分别列出各个子空间中的平衡方程,得到了平稳分布,同时还得到了单位时间内消耗能量的平均服务器数与单位时间内平均流失顾客数.

Abstract:The performance and cost of impatient customers vacation queueing system were studied. In order to make the system keep the balance between power consumption and impatient customers, some servers were designated as reserves. Closing or opening the reserves was decided according to the number of customers. First, the state space was made cuts, the balance equations of each subspace were listed. The steady state distribution was obtained, meanwhile the average number of servers that were consuming power per unit time and the average number of customers that were lost per unit time were obtained.
