| 摘 要： | 以Ｈｅｐ＿２ 细胞为材料研究早熟染色体浓集技术（ＰＣＣ） 结果表明：诱导细胞融合的条件包括使用ＰＥＧ作融合剂，并使用高ｐＨ 值的培养基。得到了Ｇ１ 期、Ｓ期、Ｇ２ 期的ＰＣ染色体。

| Abstract: | The Chromatin of the interphase nucleus condenses into chromosomelike structures by fusion of a mitotic cell with a cell in interphase.This technique is called premature Chromosome condencation (PCC).The PCC of Hep_2 cell is studied in this paper. The results showed:favorable conditions of cell fusion include high pH of the medium and the application of polyethynene Glyol(PEG).The PC chromosome include:G 1,S.G 2 PC chromosomes. |
