焦炭处理含油废水效果研究

摘    要:从焦炭的特性,论证了其处理含油废水的可行性,并介绍了焦炭投放方法。从监测结果表明,焦炭投放于含油废水处理池后,因吸附作用处理了乳化油,排放后的废水含油量从3880±551mg/L降低到570±160mg/L,达到了国家排放标准(GB8978—96Ⅱ级)。焦炭还对悬浮物具有过滤作用,但对铅、锌、铜等金属离子无明显的去除作用。焦炭价廉,来源方便,失效后的焦炭可以再燃烧,是一种较为理想的吸附过滤材料

Abstract:This paper discusses the feasibility of processing y-oil polluted water by using of coke characteristic and recommanded the method The result shows that the reduction of the content of oil in polluted water from 38.80 5.51 mg/L to 5.70 1.60 mg/L for the absorption of emulsification oil, which has reached the national standard of processing the polluted water(GB8978-96, Grade ll) Coke can filter the suspention matters but do nothing for metal ion such as lead, zinc, copper etc.. Coke is one kind of the ideal materials of adsorption for it is not only cheap but also easy to be gotten and can be utilized for burnning agin after processing.
