机车电子控制柜的状态监测与故障诊断

摘    要:为解决维修人员凭实践经验诊断机车电子柜故障的低效率问题,对电子柜测试插件处采集到的各种信号进行了分析,构建了硬件平台,编写了低层数据采集部分单片机端的应用程序.在上层模块移植的DOS 5.0操作系统上,使用BC 3.1进行应用程序的开发,完成了系统自检程序、Ethernet通讯程序,并根据专家系统相关理论编写了故障诊断专家系统程序,实践证明该系统对机车柜进行状态监测和故障诊断可行,实现了故障诊断的智能化.

Abstract:To Solve inefficiency of the repairing workers who diagnose locomotive electronic control cabinet by practice experiences,a hardware platform and the bottom data capture application which runs on the SCM are constructed and compiled,based on the analysis of signals captured from the components of electronic control cabinet.The self-checking and Ethernet communicating program of the system compiled on BC 3.1 is run on the OS DOS 5.0 which is naturalized to the upper module.The fault diagnose expert system is applied to the proposed system and the intelligent diagnosis of the electronic control cabinet is realized.
