电力系统无功综合优化补偿的研究

摘    要:合理地进行电力系统无功电源的配置,是保证电力系统电压质量、降低有功网损的重要措施.本文从规划角度出发提出了在保证电压质量的前提下,以最少无功设备投资为目标、综合考虑多种正常运行方式与多种事故运行方式的“无功最优规划”方法.本方法主要特点在于在优化补偿中,根据我国电力系统中存在大量固定分接头变压器的实际,充分利用了系统中各种现有调压手段的配合,同时考虑了事故运行方式下的负荷静态特性及补偿设备的无功出力与电压的关系,使所得出的无功补偿结果更为经济合理.为了克服初始潮流收敛的困难,本文提出了一种简单、省时的“PV”起步潮流计算方法.在以线性规划逐步逼近非线性规划的迭代过程中,采用了小步长调整手段,这不仅保证了优化迭代的收敛性,同时缩短了计算时间.通过试验系统的计算证实了本方法是有效的.

Abstract:In power system, Allocating VAR sources reasonably is an important method to assure voltage quality and to reduce the real power losses of the network. In this paper, based on the system planning, in order to ensure voltage quality and minimize the investment of VAR equipments, an optimal VAR planning method for a variety of normal and emergency operating condtions is proposed. According to the reality of widely used off-load tapping transformers in the power systems of our country and in order to make full use of the existing voltage regulating measures, the paper uses many voltage regulating measures to make VAR compensation more economical. Considering load static characteristics and relation between regulated reactive power output and voltage under abnormal condition, this method is featured with a more reasonable and more economical one for the VAR Compensation. In order to improve the convergence of iteration of load flow program in initial state, this paper presents a simple, timereduced "PV" load flow program for initial condition. In the process of iteration, bated on the linear planning successively approximating to non-linear planning, small step is used as a main method, which is essential not only for assuring the convergence of the optimal iteration but also for reducing the calculation time. This method has been tested and proved effective through the test system.
