摘    要:为了提高等离子喷焊设备和技术的自动化程度,使喷焊过程稳定、可靠,参数设置和调节方便、准确,设计了单片机80C196KC和PC机联合控制系统,系统采用电平转换芯片MAX202完成单片机TTL电平与PC机RS-232标准电平的转换,PC机在Windows环境下,通过Visual Basic语言的串行通信控件MSComm与单片机进行数据,命令的传送,对模拟量、开关量以及喷焊过程进行控制,按设定的工艺动作程序编制程序,并显示喷焊参数和喷焊状态,实现了等离子喷焊过程的自动控制,实验表明,控制系统稳定,可以通过VB界面实时控制、监测喷焊过程。

Abstract:In order to improve the autocontrol level of PTAW equipment and technology,to obtain stable and reliable spraying process,and to set and adjust parameters conveniently and accurately,a combined control system of PC with microprocessor 80C196KC is designed.Electrical level transferring chip MAX202 is adopted to achieve the transition between TTL(microprocessor) and RS-232(PC).The data and instructions are transferred between PC and microprocessor through the serial communication controlling device MSComm of Visual Basic under the Windows environment to control the analog variables,switching values,and PTAW process.Program is designed according to process requirements.Meanwhile the spraying parameters and states are displayed,realizing the autocontrol of PTAW process.The tests show that the system is stable and the process can be controlled and monitored real-timely through VB interface.
