| Abstract: | The article analyses some problems on logistic service in NIPE. It puts forward some counter measures to reform the personal administration and an unfair distribution. It also analyses some problems on impurity ideology of a few workers and makes measures to solve them in order to provide a salutary lesson of socialization. |
