| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了如何利用NetBIOS和COM/ActiveX技术开发CNC系统网络接口及相应的上层监控服务组件,介绍了Intranet技术在基于组件的多层分布式监控服务程序中的应用.利用此软件可实现作业计划及调度结果的自动实施,生产过程的实时监控及远程控制,制造数据的实时管理以及车间制造信息在Web上的实时发布,满足企业中CNC系统和Intranet之间信息交换要求.

| Abstract: | This paper elaborates how to develop CNC system's network interface and corresponding monitoring service components by means of the technology of NetBIOS and COM/ActiveX, and introduces the application of the Intranet technology to the multi layer distributed monitoring service program based on the components.The implementation of production planning and scheduling and the real time monitoring, remote control, management of manufacturing data, publication on the Web about manufacturing information can be realized by means of the software,which can satisfy the demand of exchanging information between CNC system and Intranet. |
