| 摘 要： | 本文首先比较了淮安与上海两地在开办农业保险条件、农业保险经营模式、农业保险政策等方面的不同;其次研究了两地农业保险工作的特色及存在的不足;在借鉴两地农业保险经验教训的基础上,提出了进一步发展我国农业保险的改革措施。
