| Abstract: | Biological technology is a most remarkable field in the development of science and technology.There are special rules for patent applications in biological technology.These rules relate to un-patentable subject matters,deposit of biological material,and sufficient disclosure of experimental data.It will guide researchers and inventors for their patent application,promote their awareness of patent in terms of protection of independent innovation and intellectual property. |
