| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着工农业生产的发展和城镇化水平的提高,大量工业废水和生活污水排入浏阳河,导致浏阳河水环境质量的下降,严重地威胁了浏阳河流域的可持续发展。针对浏阳河流域水环境问题,提出浏阳河水环境容量的定量分析方法,包括水环境容量计算模型和基于水环境容量计算的控制单元划分。利用上述方法,对浏阳河流域的水资源现状进行评价;根据流域水功能分区,运用正向法对浏阳河流域水环境容量进行定量分析,并提出浏阳河流域水环境管理的措施。
