摘    要:利用有限元计算软件Ansys模拟CO2激光匀速圆周运动作用下膏药材料产生出透气小孔的模型.计算结果表明:在连续CO2激光作用下,仅需几毫秒时间就可以使膏药材料烧穿,制备透气孔的大小随着光斑中心圆周运动轨迹半径的增大而增大.当激光速率达到3 m/s以上时,激光速率的变化对制孔直径和制孔深度几乎没有影响.

Abstract:A model of drilling on sticking plaster using a continuous CO2 laser to do uniform circular motion irra-diated sticking plaster to vaporize is studied.Numerical simulation by using finite element analysis software Ansys is applied.The simulation result shows that,sticking plaster material to vaporize need only a few milliseconds heated with continuous CO2 laser,and the size of the hole is calculated to increase with the radius of beam central circular motion trajectory.While laser velocity up to 3 m/s or mo...
