| 摘 要： | 以果蝇为试验材料，研究了灵芝提取物对果蝇寿命的影响，结果表明：灵芝提取物能有效的降低唾液腺细胞脂褐素及过氧化脂质（LPO）含量，对果蝇有明显的延寿作用。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we used fruit fly ( Drosophila melangaster ) as the experimental animal,and studied the effect of the glossy ganoderma( Ganoderma lucidium , GdLe) on the lifespan,the content of lipofuscin and lipid peroxide(LPO).As a result,GdL can increase the average lifespan of fruit fly obviously,decrease the lipofuscin and LPO content of salivary gland cell.It further accounts the mechanism of post poning decrepit. |
