电解法生产低钛铝合金的可行性研究

摘    要:研究了电解质中加入少量TiO2生产低钛铝合金的可行性并进行了工业化生产试验.结果表明,在电解质中添加少量TiO2对电解槽工艺参数没有影响;Ti对合金晶粒尺寸具有明显的细化效果;电解法生产低钛铝合金在理论上和生产上都是可行的.

Abstract:The production feasibility of Aluminum alloy with low Ti content is investigated by adding a small quantity of TiO 2 into electrolyte. The fall scale production test is also conducted. The results show that a small quantity of TiO 2 added into electrolyte almost has no influence on the process parameters of electrolytic tanks .The grain of alloy is obviously refined when the alloy contains a low content of Ti. It is feasible to produce Aluminum alloy with low Ti content by means of electrolytic process as the same parameters as that of pure Aluminum production whether by theory or practice
