高校科研评价制度量化之得失

摘    要:科研评价制度改革是当前教育与科学界全力推进的一项工作,高校作为科研的主要阵地,现行的科研量化评价制度显然不利于科研事业的发展,也与国家倡导的建立创新型社会的方针策略有违.单纯的量化标准,已造成了许多导向性的错误,只有建立以创新为主旨的、多元化的、适合学科专业特点的评价制度,才能给教师的科研成果有一个正确的评价.

Abstract:It is a job advanced with all strength in education and scientific circles at present to appraise the system reform in scientific research.As the main field of scientific research,university's present scientific research appraisal system quantizes is obviously unfavorable to the scientific research undertaking in current scientific research,and the policy tactics advocated by the country of setting up the innivative society are too violated.The scientific research appraisal system with only the quantize standards has already caused a lot of direction mistakes.Only taking innovating as purport,not in pluralism,directed by discipline characteristic appraisal system is sect up,teacher's scientific findings could be given to a correct appraisal.
