| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法对我省部分高校公共体育课程实施学生自主选项课教学的效果、选项动机、满意度等情况进行了调查与分析，从中发现实施学生自主选项课教学，虽说学生的选项动机呈现多样化的现象，但教学效果显著．由于部分高校场地器材条件较差，选项人数多使学生练习机会太少等原因。造成了部分学生对体育课的满意度不高，针对以上情况提出了改进的意见和建议． |

| Abstract: | Analysis and research through documents and materials, method questionnaire investigation method, interview method to the effect, the motive and satisfaction of self - select course in our college sports, we find the teaching result for the self- select course are wonderful due to the select motive are rich and colorful. Of course, there are still several students are not satisfied for the self- select course because some sports materials in some colleges are not good, the choice for the students to practise is few, and so on. some suggestion are given to resolve the above questions. |
