| 摘 要： | 文章从离散输入的加权表决系统的可靠性理论入手,研究中国上市公司的控制权度量问题.公司的控制权与公司的股权结构有密切的关系.控制权的度量方法有Shapley-Shubik指数和Banzhaf指数模型,和近年提出来的适合中国上市公司的概率股票模型,Shapley-Shubik指数和Banzhaf指数模型没有考虑到股东出席会议的情况,概率投票模型是基于正态分布函数来近似计算的,毕竟这种近似有误差.而文章是基于离散的加权投票系统计算可靠性的方法,建立了中国上市公司控制权的度量模型,并用广义矩生成函数(z变换)的方法计算控制权.
