高速公路网管理单元实时安全可靠度研究

摘    要:高速公路运营安全性是实现高速公路高效运营的基本前提,本文提出采用实时安全可靠度来表征高速公路网管理单元的运营安全性。首先,根据研究目的,提出了高速公路网管理单元划分方法。然后,本文将高速公路网管理单元实时安全可靠度分为静态安全可靠度SS[i,t]和动态安全可靠度SD[i,t],静态安全可靠度采用模糊综合评判方法确定,动态安全可靠度在分析单车行车风险的基础上,采用可靠性图能分析方法确定。最后,本文通过算例,将实时安全可靠度的计算方法加以说明。

Abstract:Freeway operation safety is the basic prerequisite to freeway high-efficiency operation. Real-Time Safety Reliability (RTSR) is put forward to show operation safety of Management Unit (MU) of Freeway Network. Firstly, according to the research purpose, method of management unit division has been put forward. Then, MU RTSR of freeway network has been divided into static safety reliability SS[i,t] and dynamic safety reliability SD[i,t]. Static safety reliability is determined by fuzzy comprehensive judgment. Method of reliability graph analysis is applied to determine dynamic safety reliability on the basis of single vehicle driving risk. In addition, an example is prepared to explain the course of calculation of RTSR.
