网络环境下基于活动理论的英语项目学习模式研究

摘    要:学习活动是个体与学习环境之间的互动,是一个社会对话过程。网络环境下的英语项目学习高度契合了第三代活动理论的六个要素,即主体、客体、学习共同体、工具、规则、分工,把活动理论的精髓与网络环境的形式、内容完美结合,是二语或外语课堂较为理想的模式之一,对全面提高英语教学质量、实施素质教育具有重要的现实意义。

A Study on Networked Project- based English Learning: From the Perspective of Activity Theory

Abstract:A learning activity is the interaction between learners and learning environments, which is a process of social conversation. Networked project - based English learning fits well the six components of the third - generation Activity Theory——subject, object, community, tools, rules and division of labor. By perfectly integrating the essence of Activity Theory and the form as well as the content of networked learning environment, it turns out to be an ideal model for I2 or FL teaching and learning practices, which carries important implications on improving English teaching and quality education at China' s uni- versifies and colleges. According to the author' s five - year teaching experiences with over 300 Northeast- ern University non -English majors from 2008 to 2013, the networked project -based English learning model is quite feasible and effective, which is worth popularizing.
