不同民族语言所蕴涵文化意象对比--以词汇语义为例

语言对人类精神发展起决定作用，是民族精神的外显。通过不同语言中相同能指对应的所指之对比，映射出相应民族的文化精神。即通过语言世界图景与现实世界图景之间存在的像似性，推论出不同语言词汇语义蕴涵的文化意象之异质性，其理据是：不同地理位置→不同气候→不同生活方式→不同文化→不同意识观念→不同文化意象。文章通过俄、英、汉三种语言中文化意象的显性形式-动物意象、植物意象、数字意象、彩色意象等对比分析，证明地理环境决定文化意象。

A Contrast upon the Cultural Images Implied by Different Languages ---Vocabulary as an Example

Language defines the development of human spirit. It also overtly demonstrates national spirit. By contrasting the same signifiers with their corresponding signified in different languages, it maps its cor-responding national spirit. That is to say： the iconicity between the linguistic images and the real world images implies the dissimilarity between the cultural differences implied by vocabulary semantemes in dif-ferent languages. It goes like this： different geografical locations’ different climates’ different life styles’ different cultures’ different ideological attitudes’ different cultural images. By contrasting cultural explicit forms --- animal images, plant images, numerical images and color images in Chinese, Russian, and English --- This artical holds that geological environment determines cultural images.
