| 摘 要： | 应用半经验、半理论的方法,提出了一种符合工程设计实际的水泵性能预测与分析方法.利用水泵进出口速度分布等宏观物理参量描述流体在叶轮流道内的流动,借助速度三角形分析计算离心泵内的各种损失,揭示了几何参数对水泵性能的影响趋势,并对水泵进行了综合性能预测.结果表明,该方法输入变量少、易于编程、计算速度快,可预测设计工况和非设计工况下的水泵性能.

| Abstract: | A method,which is based on both experience and theory,to predict and analyze pump performance is presented.Individual losses in centrifugal pumps are analyzed and calculated,fully utilizing velocity triangles at the impeller inlet and outlet to describe flow conditions through the pump. The method presented here can quickly show the effect of individual parameters on pump performance.With few input variables,easiness to program and quick calculation speed,it can predict performance of pumps under both designed and offdesigned modes. |
