摘    要:根据空域和流量状况划分扇区是提高空域容量、改善空域拥挤和减小管制员工作负荷的有效手段。航班数量的不断增加,使得管制员的工作负荷也随之加大,为降低管制员的工作负荷需要研究扇区动态划分。首先对高空区域管制扇区内各航路点一段时期的每天相同时段的飞行流量进行分析,以航路点建立Delauany三角形,按照各时段飞行流量的不同对Delauany三角形进行加权,随后通过聚类分析生成了加权的Voronoi图,然后采用改进的哈夫曼编码理论对扇区进行了合并给出划分方案。最后结合厦门管制扇区数据进行算例分析验证了所提出方法的可行性。

Abstract:Sector partition based on airspace structure and flow is one of the effective way to improve airspace capability and crowded space, reduce controller"s pressure. Controller"s workload is increasing with the number of aircraft increases. To reduce the workload of controllers need to study the sector dynamic partitioning. First, for the same time of day each waypoint altitude area control sectors within a period of flight traffic analysis to establish Delauany waypoint triangle, each time Delauany triangle is weighted in accordance with the different flight traffic, followed by clustering analysis of the generation weighted Voronoi diagram, and then using the improved Huffman coding theory given sector merged division plan. Finally, we use the Xiamen area control sector data to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
