摘    要:研制风速、温度、湿度、热辐射参数小时间步长(分钟)周期性控制的模拟实验环境,是实现建筑围护结构热工性能的重复性实验,研究多孔建筑材料在自然气候要素下被动蒸发降温问题的重要手段。热湿气候动态风洞实验台在具有可调低速风外,还通过设置红外灯、加热与制冷、加湿与除湿装置,初步实现了对室外自然气候要素太阳辐射、风速及温、湿度环境的模拟控制。热湿气候风洞环境测控系统以计算机为核心,通过数据采集卡完成数据采集、反馈和控制指令输出,实现了风洞中环境参数的实时检测、数值显示和数据保存等。经专业机构校正,风洞内四参数辐射照度、风速、温度和湿度控制精度分别为±10 W/m2, ±0.2 m/s, ±0.5 ℃和±5 %。

Abstract:A simulated environment of small-step (minute) periodic changing climatic parameters of air velocity, temperature, humidity and radiation was developed to carry out thermal performance experiments of building envelope repeatedly, which is an effective solution to study the passive evaporation cooling effect of the porous materials in natural climate. Hot-humid climatic wind tunnel the paper introduced can simulate natural climate environmental elements namely solar radiation、air velocity、air temperature and humidity, according to the variant velocity of flow and regulation of infrared light, humidifier, heating and cooling facility. The environmental measurement and control system of hot climatic wind tunnel was based on PC and the output of data collection、feedback and control instruction were managed by the data collector block. The environmental elements data were real-time examined、numerically displayed and saved by the environmental measurement and control system. According to special calibration of the system, precisions between measurement and instructions were ±10 W/m2, ±0.2 m/s, ±0.2 ℃ and ±5 % for solar radiation、air velocity、temperature and humidity respectively.
