| 摘 要： | 外语教学的成效受很多因素的影响。其中学习者非智力因素已经越来越受到人们的关注。对部分高职高专学生英语学习的非智力因素的调查所得的数据和初步的统计分析，从一个方面反映了学生耐挫折力的强弱对英语学习具有一定的影响。

| Abstract: | The administrative staff at college should conform to the requirements of information based on higher education and improve individual information qualities to do their best at work. The information qualities include information awareness, wisdom and morals. In order to enhance information qualities of administrative staff at college, it requires much attention from college leaders, a guarantee of hardware construction as well as all-round training implementation. |
