| 摘 要： | 利用质谱技术,对纯化的SARS冠状病毒的核蛋白进行初步鉴定与分析.所获得的质谱分析数据中,分子量为2881.19Da的酶切肽段的氨基酸序列与其它冠状病毒的同源性比较分析表明,SARS冠状病毒和其它冠状病毒均含有一个高度保守的基序“FYYLGTGP”.

| Abstract: | The nucleocapsid protein sequence of the SARS coronavirus was purified and iden- tified by using proteomics technology. The LC MS/MS result showed that the SARS coronavirus and the other coronavirus have the same motif “FYYLGTGP”. |
