摘    要:该文针对含有开孔和孔边补强的蜂窝夹芯复合材料层合结构的屈曲分析发展了一套三维有限元求解方案。孔边缘应力集中区采用W ilson非协调实体单元模拟,同时为减小求解规模,远离开孔的应力平缓区则采用一种相对自由度层合壳元。这种单元避免了传统壳元的转动自由度,易与三维实体单元连接,使变厚度、带有补强的复合材料层合壳体等复杂结构得以正确建模。数值算例验证了该文计算策略的准确性和有效性,最后通过大量数值计算研究了开孔和补强对结构临界载荷的影响。

Abstract:A three-dimensional finite element model was used to analyze buckling in honeycomb sandwich laminated structures with cutouts and reinforcements.The Wilson's incompatible solid element was used around the cutouts where significant stress concentrations usually occur.The computational expense was reduced with a multilayered relative degrees-of-freedom(DOF shell element in regions far from the cutouts.This laminated shell element avoids the customary shell rotation DOFs so it can be easily connected with other solid type elements.Numerical examples show the efficiency and accuracy of the elements.Parametric studies with the elements show how the buckling response is influenced by the cutouts and reinforcements.
