| 摘 要： | 建立了一种测定杂醇油中光学异戊醇的气相色谱法。在２０％的丁四醇填充柱上，光学异戊醇能与杂醇油中的异戊醇和其它组份得到完全的分离。

| Abstract: | A method for gas chromatographic analysis of S(-)-2-methylbutanol in fusel oil is provided.The analysis was directly and rapidly carried out on the column packed with 20% meso erythritol.The tesults of the separation and the quantitative analysis were satisfactory. |
