摘    要:分别使用Na2SO3和NaBH4制备Se的前驱体,进一步合成了两种发射不同波长荧光的CdSe/ZnS量子点。采用X射线衍射、荧光光谱、紫外光谱、透射电镜等表征手段,比较了2种体系制得量子点的性能,并考察了包裹反应时间、反应物配比对性能的影响。结果表明,NaBH4体系得到的产物纯度更高,量子点粒径更小,且在反应速度和荧光强度两方面均优于Na2SO3体系;增加巯基乙酸,CdCl2·2.5H2O和NaBH4的量有助于荧光强度的提高,而Na2SO3的量对荧光强度影响不。

Abstract:Two kinds of CdSe/ZnS Quantum Dots (QDs) with different emission wavelength were prepared by Na_2SO_3 and NaBH_4. The differences of properties between these two kinds of QDs and the effort of reaction time forming the ZnS shell and constitution of reactant were investigated in the means of XRD, photolumi-nescence (PL) spectroscopy, UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy and TEM. The results show that the QDs pre-pared by NaBH_4 precursor have a higher purity and smaller particle size, along with a shorter reaction time and stronger PL intensity than QDs prepared by Na_2SO_3 precursor. The results also indicate that the increment of mercaptoacetic acid, CdCl_2·2.5H_2O and NaBH_4 will improve the PL intensity, whereas the increase of Na_2SO_3has little influence on PL spectrum.
