基于ADuC812的大功率半导体激光器恒流源设计

摘    要:恒流源是半导体激光器正常稳定工作的重要保证。根据大功率半导体激光器驱动电源的技术指标要求,设计了基于ADuC812的数控恒流源方案。该恒流源采用大功率MOSFET作为调整管,以霍尔电流传感器作为电流采样反馈,实现了对输出电流的0-50A的线性控制,稳流精度为0.1A。并设计了过流保护电路以及软件上的中值滤波算法,提高了半导体激光器的抗冲击能力和工作稳定性。通过与大功率半导体激光器的联调测试,证明了恒流源的稳定性.达到了设计要求的性能指标。

The Design of Constant-current Source for High-power Diode Laser Based on ADuC812
Abstract:The Constant-current source is the important pledge for the diode laser to work normally and steadily. According to the performance characteristics of high-power diode laser driver, a kind of numberical-controlled constant-current source based on ADuC812 was contrived. The constant-current source used a high-power MOSFET as adjusted tube and a Hall current sensor as the seedback of sample current. The constantcurrent source achieved linear control of the output current ranged from 0 to 50A, and the precision is 0.1A. The current limited circuit and median filtering arithmetic in software are designed to ensure diode laser operation stability and safety. The stability of constant-current source was proved by test with the high-power diode laser, and achieved the performance targets.
