| Abstract: | Based on the body's comfort requirements, a study on the comfort properties of knitted fabric in hot environment is done. The results show that the fabric regain, fabric surface density, fabric air permeability and length of loop influence the comfort indexes of fabric in hot environment, and three regression equations between above effects and comfort indexes are obtained. The results of the study can provide some information for design and manufacture of functional fabric and for the fabric selection of clothing. |
