| Abstract: | The relationship between optional contents and compulsory contents in the optional teaching of physical education is presented.It is pointed that quality and hours of compulsory teaching content must be ensured during implementing of the options teaching for the all-round strength and development of students＇ physique.The manner of teaching and the thread of teaching design of optional PE teaching are introduced. |
